Intrinsic value and inherent strength

We believe in the intrinsic value and inherent strength of every individual. Our practice is shaped by our core belief that all human beings are equal in value, dignity, and worth, regardless of their limitations, trauma, creed, location, or cultural identity.

Individual wholeness

We believe individual wholeness is possible. Your relationship with self (past and present), body or idealized image, and the many parts of self all matter to how you feel inside. Taking a moment to bravely explore these interacting parts with curiosity and compassion, accepting where appropriate and challenging where necessary, can reveal insight, peace, freedom, and control.

Relational wholeness

We believe relational wholeness is possible. You exist in relation. You are socially determined, so how you are with family, humans and non-humans, or loss matters to your experience of life and happiness. You can learn a lot about yourself through these relationships. Understanding yourself amidst relationships can free you from the bondages that lie.

Awareness of the spirit within

We believe the awareness of the spirit within you can take you beyond the boundaries of your mind. Exploring your identity in Jesus matters. Who are you? How you locate yourself, know and be known within your narrative, determines your sense of significance. You are more than you know really! Looking outward to the personhood of Jesus and claiming him can lead you to a life thought to have been beyond reach.
